Delete your Relvo Market account

Relvo Market is operated by Relvo Projects Private Limited. You can request deletion here without signing in or reinstalling the app.

What will be deleted

After ownership verification, we disable your customer access and remove your Firebase customer identity, Market customer profile (including mobile number), associated activity events and notification-device/token records. Deletion is permanent; signing up again creates a new account.

What is separate

Canonical business vehicle, purchase and sale records are not customer-account data and are not deleted through this request. Short-lived hashed security rate-limit counters expire automatically; their configured expiry is one day and physical removal is asynchronous. Service-provider security records follow their own applicable policies.

No additional customer-data retention obligation has been specified. Any legally required exception would need to be established and explained to you; we do not apply an invented retention period.

I want to request permanent deletion of my Relvo Market customer account and associated customer data.

Opening email does not submit this request. Send it from your email app to help@relvomarket.com. Include your registered mobile number. Do not send an OTP, password or identity document. We will verify ownership before deleting anything.

You can also start a request in the Android app: Home → Account and privacy (three dots) → Delete account. We will confirm completion by reply. The support correspondence used to process your request is separate from the app database; contact us about its handling.
