DRAFT FOR OWNER/LEGAL REVIEW — 2026-09-29-draft-1. Not activated.

What Relvo Market does

Relvo Vehicles offers the existing Relvo inventory/showroom flow. Exchange Vehicles is a platform for customer vehicle listings and contact discovery. A Customer Listing badge identifies customer content; publication or moderation does not mean Relvo owns, inspected, certified or guaranteed that vehicle. Unless separately agreed for a specific Relvo transaction, the Exchange buyer and seller arrange their own discussions, inspection, payment and transfer.

Who may list and what you must provide

List only a vehicle you lawfully own or are genuinely authorized to sell. Use accurate current details, price, photos, location and contact information. Obtain permission for material you upload. Disclose important condition or ownership limitations honestly and correct errors promptly. Do not use someone else’s vehicle, identity or business name to mislead customers. Office Name is descriptive only; it does not confer verification.

Prohibited listings and conduct

Do not publish stolen or unlawfully traded vehicles, fake documents, deceptive prices/photos, impersonation, scams or other illegal activity. Do not upload abusive, threatening, discriminatory, sexually exploitative or privacy-invasive material. Do not use the service for harassment, spam, unauthorized scraping or defeating security controls. Keep personal documents, financial credentials and other people’s private details out of public photos and text.

Moderation and listing status

Listings and Brand/Model suggestions may be reviewed, corrected or mapped before publication according to current settings. Relvo may reject, restrict, deactivate or remove content and restrict abusive access for accuracy, safety, policy or legal reasons. Suggestions do not automatically become canonical Brands/Models. Approval is a content-governance decision, not an inspection, ownership certificate or transaction guarantee. Keep availability current and mark completed sales appropriately.

Verify a vehicle independently

Before committing, check the seller’s identity and authority, inspect the actual vehicle and compare registration, chassis and engine identifiers with the relevant documents. Check RC/ownership, outstanding finance or hypothecation, condition and the required transfer documents/process using appropriate official or qualified assistance. Confirm price, included items and payment recipient directly. Relvo’s listing display is not a substitute for these checks.

Payment caution

Exchange currently has no Relvo escrow, payment collection, buyer-protection guarantee or refund service. Be cautious of unusually low prices, pressure to act immediately and requests for booking, delivery or release charges before verification. Avoid sending unsafe advances before meeting and checking the vehicle/seller. Do not share OTPs, PINs or banking passwords. Check receipt of money in your own trusted banking app rather than relying on a screenshot or message. A person claiming to represent Relvo does not establish that a payment is authorized.

Meetings and test drives

Arrange meetings in a safe suitable public place, tell a trusted person and take a companion where practical. Check identity and appropriate driving permission before a test drive, agree a safe route and remain alert. Do not leave valuables or original documents with an unverified stranger. Leave if you feel unsafe and contact emergency services where needed.

Communications and disputes

Call and WhatsApp on Android open external services. On the website these actions open an App Required gate without fetching protected numbers; Relvo does not provide internal chat or monitor those conversations. Share only information necessary for the transaction and respect other users. Keep appropriate records of the listing and agreement. Buyer-seller disputes should be raised with the other party and, when needed, appropriate support, professional advisers or authorities. Relvo can review platform content and assist within its actual role but does not promise to decide ownership, recover money or enforce private agreements.

Reporting fraud or illegal use

Use the existing help@relvomarket.com support address to report a suspicious listing or conduct, with its link/identifier and a concise explanation. Do not include OTPs or banking passwords; provide sensitive evidence only through a verified support exchange when needed. This version has no dedicated in-app listing-report workflow. For suspected financial fraud, promptly contact your bank/payment provider and relevant police or cybercrime authorities. Immediate danger requires emergency assistance, not a marketplace email.

Responsibility and review status

Users remain responsible for lawful listings, communications and transaction decisions. Relvo remains responsible for its own applicable legal obligations; nothing here promises complete immunity or removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These are draft marketplace rules for owner/legal review, not an activated new contract. Final operator/contact details, applicable rights, complaint handling, retention/deletion procedure and any versioned acceptance requirements must be confirmed before production adoption.
